Always go up a size than the size your hands are. You don't want to struggle to put them on or off.

"These are comfortable. I don't have to struggle to put them on. I am a medium, but I always buy large or xlarge. Most are down a size than the real size of hands. So size up of what you would take. Mine are medium of normal average typical size of women's hands."
