"I switched to using these after worrying that microplastics from the knives and forks of plasticware could be leaching into ou my foods. The tensile strength on these are great and you don't have to worry about microplastics. I did have to order more knives because I went through the knives faster than the forks and the spoons, but they offer Just knives so everything timed out perfect after I went through the second batch. They also look nice and makes you feel like an Ikea furniture set for utensils."

"I got these because of the fork shape. Most bamboo fork shapes (at least the economical ones available on Gusto) look like they can't pierce anything or look like sporks. These were the best inexpensive ones I could find on Gusto. I caught it when the price was about $18 so that was a deal. I prefer not to spend a lot on something that's just going to be thrown away.
